It sounds like you are talking about a MasterServer. Well, you can write your own (Which is very complicated, and took Notch and co. about 2-3 years to do in Java, a largely easier to use language than C#) or use Unity's MasterServer, which is slightly less complicated and my personal recommendation, although it may be slightly less customisable than writing your own.
